Warranty Terms

All our products are inspected and tested after each stage of the production process and have all required certificates, including EMC, CE, RoHS and other applicable certificates.


Warranty Coverage

The warranty applies in the following cases and under the following conditions:

Repair or Replacement of the Product

If the product fails during the warranty period due to a defect in materials or workmanship, your distributor will, after inspection by a qualified person, repair or replace the product.

Repair Period

If the repair at an authorized service center is not completed within 30 days, we will replace the product with a new one.

If the repair during the warranty period takes longer than 15 days, the warranty period shall be extended by the number of days the repair lasted.


Warranty Periods

SBOX and White Shark Products

The warranty period for SBOX and White Shark products is 36 months.

Exceptions are:

  • SBOX mounts60-month warranty;
  • White Shark Premium Line products60-month warranty.

Note: the above applies to products purchased after September 1, 2023.

Baracuda Products

The warranty period for Baracuda products is 24 months.

THERMALTAKE Products

The warranty period for THERMALTAKE products ranges from 24 to 60 months, depending on the type of product:

  • fans, coolers and water-cooling systems — 24 months;
  • PC cases — 36 months;
  • computer power supplies — 60 months.

Other Brands

The warranty period for all other brands, including TECHLY, TENDA, ENERGENIE, MANHATTAN and others, is 24 months and begins on the date of sale.

The warranty for all batteries, UPS batteries and power bank batteries is 6 months.


Procedure in Case Repair Is Needed

If repair of the device is required during the warranty period, please contact the store where you purchased the product.

If the product needs to be sent to an authorized service center or the general distributor, please:

  • send the complete product with all parts and accessories;
  • pack the product in its original packaging;
  • ensure that the original packaging is in good condition;
  • enclose all required documents, such as the invoice, warranty certificate and similar documents.

The repair of the device is carried out exclusively at the importer’s service center.

The cost of transporting the device to the service center is borne by the customer. Any damage caused during transport, as well as any resulting damage, is at the customer’s expense and risk.

The cost of sending the product from the service center back to the customer is borne by the service provider, i.e. the importer.


Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • damage or defects caused by improper connection, incorrect polarity, incorrect battery insertion and similar causes;
  • defects caused by improper handling of the products;
  • defects caused by the use of parts or equipment not specified in our specifications;
  • defects caused by unauthorized modification of the product;
  • defects caused by mechanical damage to the product;
  • defects caused by dropping the product, use of force, force majeure or natural disasters, such as floods, fire, lightning strikes, earthquakes and similar events;
  • defects caused by leakage of batteries, inks, toners and similar items;
  • defects caused by unstable 220 V voltage, frequent variations and/or power outages;
  • damage occurring during transport to the customer;
  • lost data;
  • lost time;
  • damaged software;
  • lost profit;
  • losses covered by your insurance;
  • transport costs.

The warranty is also void if the product has been opened or repaired by an unauthorized person.

The warranty does not cover parts considered consumable, such as:

  • batteries;
  • inks;
  • toners;
  • other consumable parts.
